Garlic and lemon hummus
This is my favorite, go-to hummus. Serve it at a party, or pack it up along w some veggies for a great lunch on the go. It is planet-friendly because the protein comes from legumes, which have an especially low carbon footprint.

  1. Rinse the chickpeas and put them in the blender along with all of the other ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth. You can add water or olive oil to adjust the consistency.
  3. Enjoy with veggies, crackers, or pita!
